I, co-founded Bluewheel along with Mr. Ch. Nagaraju in May 2017. i worked in prototyping, product development and customer acquisition roles in Bluewheel between May 2017 to February 2019. We built Bluewheel a technologically advanced , world class user experience RP software for small & medium scale business. Bluewheel was not a registered company and during the startup was bootstrapped

BlueWheel ERP Software

Within two years Bluewheel evolved from just an offline invoicing software to a fully functional cloud based ERP software which can provide powerful analytics by analysing thousands of business orders.

Marketing and Customer Acquisition

When indian government introduced GST we thought it will create huge market for Bluewheel we make a simple interface that can be easily understood and used by small business like Medical shops , Cloth showrooms, Electronics and mini supermarkets, medium business like Brand dealers but most of the small business couldn't afford computers. Over the period we have approached hundreds of business owners from different cities like Mahabubabad, Miryalaguda, Eluru and three Marketing executives worked for Bluewheel as part time. We offered a one month trial period for signup for medium business and referral discounts for small business.

Roadblocks

When we started Bluewheel, our aim was to automate supply chain from manufacturing to consumers, thereby simplifying business across the industries. At the end of 2018 CRI and Texmo Pumps announced that they will launch their own ERP software for their dalers Overtime our biggest marketing segment become Pump dealers in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana by that time we have completely adopted and redesigned our software as per Pump dealer needs, since day one Bluewheel faces so many roadblocks including.

  • Compitation from Market leaders like Jio GST invoicing App.
  • Lack of computers and printers in small business.
  • Redesigning software for multiple times.
  • Developing and Maintaining Windows, Mobile apps and Website alone.
  • Running out of resources.
  • Unable to find investors.

Final days

At the end we ran out of capital to maintain our marketing campaigns, resulted in losing leads. Despite the difficulty some customers loved our software, we shutdown bluewheel cloud servers in July 2019 when our last customer stopped using our software.
